How do I choose the right therapy for me?
The most important question to ask yourself is what you want to get out of therapy. That answer is as simple as, âI want to feel better,â but being able to share that with a potential psychologist will help both of you determine if it's a good fit.
The four primary goals of psychology are to:-

âď¸ Explain
âď¸ Predict
âď¸ Help Change Behaviour
My advise is - if you can try to get a personal recommendation. with the therapist.
