In most cases, the issue is not what it appears to be. It comes down to behaviour, patterns, communication and the decisions being made. Until that is properly understood, nothing really changes.
I work with individuals and organisations to identify what is actually happening beneath the surface and what needs to change to move things forward.
With more than thirty years leading international businesses and advising on complex personal relationships, I bring a practical and independent perspective to situations that are often difficult to assess from the inside.
My work is direct, analytical and focused on outcomes. It is not therapy and it is not generic coaching. It is clear, considered advice based on experience, judgement and an understanding of how people operate.
